Position: Managing Director

I am a professional accountant with both public service (full time basis) and private sector (on a part-time basis as a consultants) financial accounting experience. I have prepared both public sector (provincial government and local government) and private sector financial statements. I have specialist qualification in tax at postgraduate level. Now I am a generalist who can work in any management role although my background is that of a financial specialist.

I am well vested in International Financial Reporting Standards and International Public Sector Financial Standards. I have managed budget and treasury office of the municipality. My main interest is in corporate governance in the public sector as shown by my research in “enterprise governance” for my masters’ degree.
